Apart- and Wellness Hotel Garni Dachsteinresort

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Die Inhaber waren sehr bemüht und haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Gerne wieder.

The place is stunning, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the dining room and breakfast are perfect, the view is amazing, the staff is very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, it is very inconvenient that the reception is not staffed in the evening and at night, there is no one to ask questions at these hours. It is a pain to arrive when there is no one, receive a room that does not match my reservation and sleep the whole night on a sofa in the living room without sheets, while the rest of my family sleeps very happily on a bed. When I complained about the mistake in the morning, I was not offered any offer to change the room to the room I booked, needless to say I also paid more money for it. But they arranged the sofa for me with sheets

The room was good, a bit small but with a nice mountain view. The breakfast was perfect. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was good. The pool and facilities are kids oriented. Overall good experience.

Size of the room

Hotel byl mimo sezónu velmi prázdný, takže jsme měli wellness téměř pro sebe. Personál byl ochotný, i když jsme check-in v neděli museli provést na automatu.

V pokoji je slyšet hluk z okolních prostor i z okolních pokojů. Velmi nás to rušilo ze spánku. Museli jsme naše sousedy o půlnoci umravňovat.

Das Appartement war toll, auch das Schwimmbad und die Freizeit und Spielzimmer.

Es war weniger ein Resort oder Hotel als eine Pension mit Ferienwohnungen.
