The front desk woman rude they didnt have hot water in the room they changed us to another one same issu The rooms are totally old air conditioning noisy Breakfastblow quality Do not stay there they didnt offer anything No manger on site Ridiculous no hot water

I checked in and paid for our planned stay of seven nights. That evening my son had a panic attack that lasted over night and into the next morning. He was hyperventilating and struggling mentally. We needed to cut the trip short and return to SLP and, eventually, home. I went to check out late that morning and asked if they could refund the days that I needed to cancel. The staff refused, saying they could not do a refund because the booking was through a third party (Expedia). I thought this was lame, since we hadn’t even been there for 24 hours, but I agreed and left. I contacted Expedia to try to recover at least a portion of what I paid but got an email back saying that they tried multiple times to negotiate with the hotel for a refund but they still refused. So basically I paid $1500 for a one night stay. Such a disappointment for a situation that was unplanned and very unpleasant. ps Do not purchase Expedia’s so-called travel protection plan. It was basically useless in this situation. :(

The grounds are pretty.

We didn’t feel safe in the 1st room we were put in because the windows didn’t lock on the ground floor. Staff’s response was “We have security cameras.” The heater also did not work in this room. They then moved us to a smaller room, ground floor where the window still did not lock. When we stressed safety concerns and asked for a refund, they finally begrudgingly moved us upstairs. The room they gave us was right over the entrance where you could hear everything (in a virtually empty hotel.) There was a party going on at the tables directly below our window that kept us up past midnight. We had planned on staying here again after several days of visiting the waterfalls, but we canceled our reservation.

Excelente, relajante

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property has plenty of options to eat/dine. Local cuisine is served at breakfast buffet and it’s delicious. The location is perfect with nearby restaurants, gas stations and drugstores. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.

WiFi is mediocre, but for us it didn’t matter since we spent most of the days outside the hotel exploring the nearby attractions. Parking spaces are limited when the hotel hosts an event, although has a separate parking for guests hosted in the suites’ building.

This is a old hotel but it's well maintained, staff and friendly a food options are amazing. I will definitely be back when visiting my relatives
