A deposit of 250CHF must be paid in cash, there is no option to pay this deposit by credit card (quite an anachronistic situation nowadays!!). If the kitchen gets dirty, an extra cleaning fee of 50CHF is required, a condition not highlighted in the property profile.

Great location, handy to the city. Good use of a small apartment space. Loved the adjustable beds. Extra parking fee worthwhile.

The apartment itself was lovely, meeting all my expectations with its amenities and comfort. However, there were a few aspects of the check-in and check-out process that caught me by surprise and I believe are important to highlight. Firstly, upon arrival, I was asked to provide a 250 CHF cash deposit. This requirement wasn't mentioned in the apartment's description on Booking.com, and I found it quite unexpected. Additionally, during the check-in process, a photo was taken of my credit card, which I found a bit unusual and somewhat concerning. I believe transparency regarding these practices in the listing would be beneficial for future guests to prepare accordingly. Another point to note is the 'état des lieux' conducted at both check-in and check-out. This is essentially a detailed inspection of the apartment's items, ensuring everything is as it should be.

Clean and very well located

The studio is so nice and clean, equipped with also kinds of kitchen tools. The quilt and towel are both thoroughly neat. Most importantly, the landlady is so hospital and talkative.

The location is a bit remote. It takes about 5 minutes to the nearest bus station.
