it’s a good hotel to make a sleepover before chiang mai

no one helped us with our baggage is more like a truck sleepover hotel

Room without kettle and coffee sachet. for make drink.

They don't speak and understand English at all.

Freshly renovated rooms, very nice and clean design with a big terrace. the bathroom is also nice. there is enough parking outside and it’s not too far from everything. we would definitely stay here again.

the shower has quite a low water pressure

The Arraya was a stop over hotel for us traveling from Chiang Mai to Dan Sai. It was conveniently located on Highway 11 and on the outskirts of Uttaradit. The room was modern and spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also good except that the door would not stay locked and the water faucet was broken. Coffee cups were there but no coffee maker or hot water device. They provided only the bare minimums required to their customers. Because of their convenient location, we booked another night to stay on our return to Chiang Mai. The breakfast was not good for Westerners. The food was also cold.

I booked the hotel with Booking.com around 1pm and arrived at 5pm. The staff said I didn't book. I said booked I handed the booking code to see the staff said no. The staff told me to cancel and rebook at the hotel. I walked out of the counter and pressed cancel. Employees at the counter check in to other people, both customers standing there. And customers by phone Let me stand at the counter for 30 minutes, then drive me to the waiting chair. I heard the staff talking that the room is full, tell me the room is full. I was so angry, I had to walk out to find a new hotel. You should manage the room for the customer who is at the counter first, not the phone customer who called to reserve the room and others who came after me. Terrible service, not accepting customers at all. Who will book this hotel, think carefully, be careful of events like me.
