Brilliant more than enough

Pleasant staff nothing was a problem

Clean room. Nice old hotel, a remainder of days gone by (due to development around it). The real joy were the staff. Super friendly and accommodating, so I felt very much at home and well looked after.

Only that the poor lovely old hotel had car parks / development around it. But that didn't detract as the staff were fabulous, helpful and accommodating.

convenient location. Surprising quiet for a pub. Have stayed before but sevrral unfortunate happenings

no hot water for showering as the shower tray would have run over before any hot water reached the shower. No one available to ask. Breakfast OK but normal lady who normally cooks breakfast not present so not all parts really hot

Outstanding friendly staff. A big shout out to the lovely, kind, and welcoming cleaning lady (Apologies, we did not get your name). Thank you for looking after us. You were hard at work and stopped to help us find our way around. Thank you also to the friendly girl who made us a fabulous breakfast. Service all round was better than some 5 star hotel I have stayed with. Bar staff and security were so lovely, too. A great atmosphere made our stay perfect.

Eine preislich vernünftige Alternative zu Liverpool und Manchester an Samstagabenden Tolles Full English Breakfast

Folgendes ist bei meinen ersten 2 Aufenthalten nicht der Fall gewesen: Im Gegensatz zu früheren Aufenthalten hatte ich dieses Mal ein sehr lautes Zimmer im ersten Stock. Santaclaus-Party direkt unter meinem Zimmer… Ausserdem war es sehr kalt, da der Radiator nicht funktionierte.

Everything was bad it seemed empty smelly dirty and a big security man was on the door I walked away after just one hour and awaiting refund had noi breakfast left out in the dark
