I liked the fact it was near the train station and the office I needed to go to the next morning.

The cleanliness of the room was not great and the window was cracked.

"Never again"

Nothing, Engineer had to be relocated

No hot water, the toilet takes 3 attempts to flush, the bed feels like there’s lumps in it I can feel the bed frame through the mattress, the wifi doesn’t even work properly, there’s yellow stains on the bed and I can hear the people from the pub downstairs.
