Friendly staff, excellent response time when we had a water issue building needs updated but hear its in the near future

Will start with staff was very nice but the condition of the property is poor. The pullout sofa was stained, pillow cases stained, all furniture was chipped and shabby and no coffee, tea or water in lobby. If you’re used to a certain Marriott feel this hotel is missing that. On the plus, the staff addressed my concerns and it is 5 minutes from the battlefield at Manasses.

The rooms were ok. Def needed to be updated- there was peeling walls and water damage in the bathroom. Our room had a weird smell. The lobby and cafe were updated and clean- wish it carried over to the rooms for the price that was listed. I am a member and paid for in points.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at a Marriott property recently, and it truly stands out as the worst property I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Let me provide you with more details about my stay. As a loyal member of Marriott for over 20 years, it was disheartening to encounter such a subpar property. Due to limited options in the area, I had no choice but to tough it out for two nights at this particular hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the property was in a state of neglect. The overall maintenance and upkeep were severely lacking, giving the impression of an old and poorly manicured establishment. One of the first signs of the property's disrepair was the wallpaper peeling off the walls as I walked down the hallway. It was a clear indication that the property was in dire need of attention. Multiple areas throughout the hotel required immediate painting and updates to restore a sense of freshness and modernity. The rooms themselves were shockingly outdated and desperately in need of renovation. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit in my room emitted a deafening noise that made it seem like it was about to detach from the wall. In fact, I could physically see the unit wobbling precariously. This not only compromised my comfort but also raised concerns about the overall safety of the room. In light of my experience, I strongly believe that this property requires a major upgrade. And when I say major, I mean it in the most emphatic way possible. The level of disrepair and neglect I witnessed during my stay was truly alarming, and it is my hope that Marriott takes immediate action to address the numerous issues plaguing this property.

Location is fab. Room was comfortable. We liked the outdoor sitting areas and ice available on our floor.

The Bistro was not open the night we got there and was not open again when we checked out.

I didn't like that they didn't have usb ports to charge my phone

Our room was so pretty AND comfortable. I really enjoyed the large bathroom. But the staff was the greatest. ALL of them.

The "restaurant" was really just a counter service with a few items, so we went out to dinner -but breakfast was great!

The location.

Sink didn’t have cold water. Only hot that progressively got hotter. The air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the carpet. Was not the cleanest. Room smelled musty.
