Clean room, hot water, stable WiFi

Constant noise made it impossible to rest or sleep. The hotel is located near a club where there are frequent musical events blasting music at top volume constantly day and night. I was woken up every day at 6am with loud music playing. Music would go on till 1am or 2am sometimes. If it wasn't music there were people yelling and screaming or dogs barking nonstop.

Super friendly staff, they showed me several rooms to choose from. Excellent shower, super warm and great pressure. Quiet even though it's on the main street. The lovely courtyard and the restaurant separate the room from the street noise.

Beautiful patio & plants and a wonderful place to unwind away from the 20-somethings hostal crowd and the bustle of the city. It is also right at the intersection of all the chicken bus routes, near the lanchas & has some great food puestos right outside the door.

Breakfast included in the price would have been great, or an option to add it for a discounted price.

Very clean room, very friendly staff. There's a nice little garden inside.

The check-in process could have been a bit smoother.

Not much space in the room itself as two beds were put there. If both beds are needed there is not much space left to put your belongings.
