We loved the location and the room itself. Randy was a great host and a great sense of humor. I will absolutely frequent them, as I am in OOB several times each summer. The location, access to the beach (just down the road) and the facilities are a hidden jem.
I wouldn’t stay there again. Everything is dirty. One towel given, yet extra charges for your children. Hair on bed...where was the free WiFi...no pride in providing hospitality service...just not a comfortable place to stay.

The property is well maintained and quiet. The owners are vwry friendly and I liked that we could walk to the beach and not have to drive. Already booked our trip for next year.

My wife and I celebrated our 35 anniversary. This place was pricey because of its location near Old Orchard Beach. In any other location this would not be.

We were late to make reservations for our family trip and honestly this was all that was left! It's quaint and the owners were very responsive and friendly. We visited Funtown Splash Town first then about a 9 minute drive later we were at this stay! Walking distance to the absolutely great beach of Old Orchard and it's pier!! Shower was smaller than my RV shower but hey it worked!! Mattress wasn't the greatest but I fell asleep! Overall happy.
Room was welcoming but could use a good spring cleaning. Owner is super friendly and helpful. Location is close to the beach and pier. Close to passing traffic.
