The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff is too noisy, we were woken up by them. The room doesn't have an iron. There is bad communication from the staff because they did not notify us about anything, we were shocked when we found the cleaning lady inside our room because we were not told that they clean everyday and they have access to our rooms. The lapa needs to be cleaned, it doesn't smell nice. Also scratched the car cause they did not move the car which was blocking the entrance.

Cleanliness

Too much noise of genarators and people walking around the room, 1st day stay there was no backup for loadshedding. The wall adaptor that connected TV was horribly dirty. Wifi never worked.
