réservation faite ! quand on es arrives ns avons trouve porte close, après avoir téléphone et attendu sur les marches avec un enfant et après un long voyage , une personne est venu ns ouvrir, mais aucune réservation a notre nom alors que la réservation a été confirme et debite de notre compte. après un long moment pour arriver a se comprendre avec la personne qui ns a ouvert elle nous a fait dormir en 2 chambres séparées . Bref mauvaise expérience avec le site de réservation mais hotel super propre et tres confortable, dommage!!!
