Courtyard Tampa North / I-75 Fletcher

Beverage cooler was broken, so drinks weren't available. Housekeeping did not service our room after our first night's stay. We came back to dirty towels and unchanged sheets. Also had to pay $10/day for parking which was disappointing. Would not stay here again.

I arrived to the Marriott and was greeted by a lovely little Greek lady by the name of Liz. She showed me to my room and help me out with super Duper helpful to me. The hotel room was extraordinarily clean and the service was absolutely amazing and it was all things to a little lady named Liz

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to Elizabeth! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and exceptional service. Truly an asset to the hotel. She was so perfect and I can’t wait to come back . She was perfect!

The location of the property to where I needed for the job fair I attended. It was easy to locate from the highway.

The cost of the rooms and the small amount of space and amenities. There is no microwave and no complimentary breakfast or at least discounted vouchers for the Bistro.

Room was fine, beds comfortable. Staff was professional. Cleaning crew did a good job. Rooms are a little dorty, but I suppose understandable with high use. Considering the premium price for room, , charging gor parking was ridiculous. We movrd to nearby Hilton Garden for cheaper rate and free parking

I had surgery at Moffitt Hospital with a 3-5 day stay. Perfect for us because my wife and I could stay 1st night, then daughter joined us and one would stay in the room with me while the other got a good night's sleep in the Courtyard and rotate every day.

One night stay just don’t like to pay to park car

The customer service team were very prompt in services that I requested in my room, however the assigned room was not one of the best rooms, furniture pieces falling apart, no window view only a view of a roof top. noisy elevator, squeaky floors above my room, hearing people walking across the floor above my room all night.

I am glad that I chose to stay at that hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. Check in was fast, my room was clean and had modern and nice furniture, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was also quiet. I didn’t need a car parking so I can’t comment on that aspect. Breakfast was not included. Not a big deal considering how nice the room was!
