Ok for the price nothing great nothing bad just an ok average room.

The location was excellent. The carpets inside the hotel were old and smelled. The bed was hard and so were the pullows. No dryer in the room and sheets/blankets were very thin.

My first night was spent listening to crying babies be walked up and down the hallway mixed with doors being slammed during the "quiet hours" the property claimed to have from 10 pm to 7 am. My second night at this property was quieter, but the person who ran the front desk for the second shift was the rudest hotel staff member I have ever met. For context: this trip was to claim the remainder of my deceased mother's belongings. There was a lot of things that had to be sorted through and a local friend was helping me with that. We weren't making a mess and we took out our own trash. Yet, at one point, the staff member very rudely told us that we had to leave the commons area because we had been there too long. When I questioned her and told her she was coming off as very rude, she walked away from us and said "I can be ruder". There are no posted signs or anything else indicating that the commons area has a timelimit. My only assumption is that our talking was interrupting her incredibly loud show that she was watching at the front desk. When I tried to report this incident to the manager the next morning, I was told there was not a manager on duty. I requested that the manger call me when they came in and I never received a call. I will absolutely never be staying at this hotel again. I should have paid the extra $20 per night and stayed at the Hampton across the street.

It’s was a very good weekend. The room was clean and comfortable I stayed two nights. The only thing that I didn’t like was how on my last day housekeeping just walked into my room while I was getting dressed and it was 8:30 check out is sometime before 11 and this was the second time they did it at least knock don’t just walk in

Hotel was perfect however we experienced a double charge that has not been resolved

Place was clean but need better mattress and pillows
