Hotel Milan

This was a great hotel for our visits to the city. It’s clean with A/C and equipped with a restaurant steps away from the from door, so no vehicle needed. Great comfortable & safe place to stay.

I have saved it this property before and I am satisfied with the pricing and the condition of the property

Ice machine, restaurant with room service large room for an excellent price. Staff were pleasant.

Very nice personnel all around. Restaurant food/service price/ sll good. Probably would be good to update door entry to room to programmable card., so one didnt have to leave keys at desk everytime one leaves..

The bed abd pillows were my major issues.. please replace pillows at least!

The staff at reception told me I did not have a reservation at their hotel despite the fact I showed them a printout of my Expedia reservation number. The front desk was not helpful at all. I would not recomendad this hotel.

Property in need of update renovations. They still use metal keys to open the doors and when you leave the hotel, you must leave the metal key at the front desk. A basic stay with no frills.

Large clean room, large clean hot shower bathroom with plenty of towels, tissues, toilet paper & blow dryer… oh! & toiletries too … pleasently surprised❣️ GREAT for the price, the style of the furniture is from “back in the day” but it had a charming feel and in good condition. Everything looked very clean. The only difficult I had had nothing to do with the hotel. Iglesia del Carmen metro station is in walking distance to hotel and you can take metro to airport with 2 changes (3trains total) less than $5 including metro card. BUT because it was a Sunday, metro didn’t open until 7AM and my flight was at 9AM so I paid a $20 taxi. Also my flight into Panama came in very late at night, so I was able to take metro half way but metro station closed before my last metro ride, so I paid $5 for a taxi to Iglesia del Carmen. This hotel is in a very good location. We felt quite safe there. We appreciated the restaurant for breakfast. My husband rated the shower as one of the best he's ever had...in his entire life! The room was huge. Everything was very clean. The TV was okay; not great. Be aware that each time you leave the hotel, you have to turn in your room key to the front desk, then retrieve it upon your return. Which is fine...but surprising.
