We got problem with electric. After we call let them know the owner shows up almost immediately to fix it. And said sorry many times. Very nice and polite.

The place is great. We had tkts to a concert in Taos that got rained out. We drove there and found a nice clean cabin style room w everything in good working order. I would recommend to any and all that need a good'clean safe room in the Eagle nest area.

The room as nice and cozy, and the AC worked well. Stephen in the Eagle Nest was super friendly and helpful.

Great location! Walkable to town. View outside the room was awesome! The bad…No Ice! Room had one tiny ice tray that only had 2 of the 8 tiny cubes even filled. No ice available at front desk as there is no front desk. Also hot water went out twice during the middle of my shower… water is very very cold up there. I was instantly mad! I rent a room for 3 main reasons, bed, shower, ice. This location failed on two of those. But everything else was above average.

Restaurant within walking distance. Food was good. Area seemed pretty nice and quiet.

Very comfortable. Very clean. New carpet. I liked the fireplace on the bedroom because it was cold outside so that helped.

Loved the eclectics style of lime green bathroom sink, white faux old time refrigerator, and red microwave. One of the dens even had a recliner. Gorgeous Mountain View.
