Location was great

First night was very noisy so I asked to be moved and they said they're fully booked which is understandable. Later the tap wasn't working and they moved us to another empty room.a

La verdad todo las instalaciones su personal siempre amable nos resolvieron dudas nos atendieron super la ubicación

Buen servicio

Todo está limpio Pero hay que renovar sábanas. La zona está muy oscura.

The hotel is in the historical part of the city and convenient for those to use the metro in walking distance.

The first impression was negative from the beginning. The reception staff did not know any english so we had to use google translate and it was not a clear communication. After we entered the room and checked the bed, we saw hairs on it that made it quite disgusting to sleep on it. And the window of the room was broken and it was towards a garage and not actually to get fresh air. It gives you a bad atmosphere from the beginning.
