"All my belongings were wet with moisture. Terrible climate control. Rude owners. I was yelled at 3 minutes after checkou"

The room has excessive condensation. The mirror was completely fogged, moisture was collecting on our luggage and furniture, the floors were wet, and the bedding felt damp. It’s corpus but those signs point to a problem with the room or the building’s climate control, not just normal coastal weather. They also were very rudely knocking on our door when we still had time to check out. My baby pooped through his shirt and I had to bathe him and get him ready really fast but at 3 minutes passing from check out time they were already yelling at us to get out when we said it’s only 3 minutes after they said they’ll give us 5 minutes or they will charge us $50 late check out fee. Mind you my husband and I travel almost every week and stay at many hotels throughout the week. Never have we gone through that. Rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t ever go there again.

"Location is good but not much else."

The location was great

The bed was so so old. It reminded me of my great grandparents bed. The room was a non smoking but the guest before me clearly smoked. They wouldn’t move me to a non smoky room. The hotel has a lot of long term people in. Lots of parties and hanging out amongst the guests. It was LOUD.
