Days Inn by Wyndham Washington

Alright , it was late we had been driving for hours and did the first hotel at the right price kind of stop. Not here. Save yourself the horror and drive to any other hotel, 4 minutes or less up the road. In my defense this was booked from the passenger seat at 11:45 pm , somewhere I saw 4 star reviews, this place was 1 star, at best, soley because it was open and we needed to sleep. Our room hadn't been dusted in , who knows how long, literally cobwebs like Halloween decor handing from every corner. There was mold in the bathroom, the corner of the bed sheet was torn, questionable marks on the walls.....

The bed was comfortable

The bathtub had hair and something yellow stuck to the bottom of the tub, the ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling and had mold, only had 1 set of towels for 2 people. The desk chair was ripped in several places, the upholstered chair was filthy, the lamp on the desk was rusting. This listing stated there was breakfast. The only thing they had was a table blocking off the breakfast room with bottles of water, granola bars and prepackaged muffins. This is not breakfast and certainly not something healthy. The exterior was in disrepair. The room on the second floor had red gasoline containers on their balcony which I'm sure is against fire code. I have photos of everything. I really feel the place should be inspected for many health code and fire violations. If my money wasn't tied up at this hotel I would had left and went somewhere else. This hotel does not remotely represent the cleanliness, safety, and customer service that I thought Days Inn/Wyndham are know for. I really feel I'm entitled to a refund. I needed a quick overnight stop on a road trip. I suggest that if you do too, choose a different hotel. This one was not up to the usual Wyndham standards.

Convenient location to where I needed to travel to.

Could have been cleaner.

The facilities were not up to the standards that I would expect of any Days Inn in recent history. Property showed extensive signs of wear and tear inside the rooms, there was a hole in the wall in our room, the shower curtains were dingy. The floors and sofa were stained. It was not a good experience.

Location. Close to back up food options

Staff member in the evening was horrible. Called to say the room was deathly riddled with cigarette smoke remains and residue. Response was that we could not be moved as there were no other rooms. Trash left after clean up too. Very poor experience HVAC inop as well.

Was a late night decision so i didnt have to drive all night, but wouldve rather have drove the rest than to have stayed here! Was ready to leave as soon as i walked in my room. The lights looked like they were going to fall off the wall and couldnt get them to turn on, couldnt charge my phone, no breakfast, only 1 pillow, no shampoo or conditioner, smelled like cigarette smoke, was overall the WORST hotel ive ever been to. Would NOT recommend!
