清潔で部屋からの眺めもよく、インターナショナルブッフェの種類も豊富で楽しめました。

The staff are all so kind. Especially the front desk team. The food are also good and the facilities are good. Went into the restaurant with my friends and everyone was so nice and welcoming. They even gave me birthday song. Also, gave me the birthday cake. Very fun and nice.

Had a wonderful Valentine’s stay at Kensington! Excellent customer service, clean rooms, and plenty of activities for kids—swimming, playroom, trampoline room. Very accommodating for my 3-year-old. Food was delicious, and fireworks made the night special. Can’t wait for our next stay!

The hotel was generally good, but some signs of aging were noticeable, such as the water slide being out of operation. The staff were very attentive and responded sincerely to our questions. Since the hotel offers a variety of services, I felt it would be helpful to research or inquire in advance to make the most of your stay. In other words, without prior preparation, you might miss out on some of the services provided, which could be a bit of a waste. If that happens, checking with the staff on-site may make things go more smoothly. As it is all-inclusive, the meals featured a variety of different menus for each meal, making it enjoyable for a two- or three-day stay. For longer stays, however, the options might feel repetitive, so it could be a good idea to plan to explore some restaurants in town. We used the hotel’s shuttle service, but for groups of several people, taxis would certainly be more cost-effective, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. 가족들과 함께하기 최고의 숙소!! 수영장도 깨끗하고 레스토랑도 맛있고 질리지도 않네요 올인클루시브로 예약했는데 매일 메뉴가 바뀌고 음식도 모두 맛있어서 돈도 하나도 아깝지 않네요 모르는게 있어도 한국인직원들이 상주해있어서 전혀 불편하지않았어요 어린아이부터 어른까지 모두 만족스러유 숙소같아요!!오하스카페는 분위기도 좋고 사진찍을때마다 인생샷이네요!! 액티비티도 다양하게 구성되어있어서 호텔에만 있어도 질리지가 않아요~ Best accommodation for family!! I will never use them again. Disillusioned. Toilet water pressure is low. Toilet paper is poorly located. No bathtub. No shower curtain. The restaurant is not open. The entire hotel was poorly maintained and dirty everywhere. It was the worst.
