Camas confortáveis, apartamento limpo, boa vedação com relação a luminosidade. Localizado em um bairro bastante agradável, com vários supermercados em volta e locais para fazer um happy hour. Bastante perto da estação do metrô. Proprietário simpático, deu várias dicas de estabelecimentos.

O único porém é o banheiro da acomodação. O chuveiro é bastante apertado e não possui porta, somente cortina, molhando o chão. Como fica bastante molhado, o cheiro acaba ficando não muito agradável.
