Great hotel very large rooms and big beds a very quiet area that is just a block from the action of bourbon street and the rest of French Quarter The staff are great and especially Jessica who was polite a welcoming and very helpful

We had a wonderful stay at The Pelham Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made our experience exceptional was Sunil at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Sunil was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions with a smile, and made us feel valued as guests throughout our stay. His outstanding customer service turned a great hotel stay into a memorable one. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and makes such a positive impact on guests. Thank you, Sunil, for your kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend The Pelham Hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Great location, close to the French Quarter. Staff very friendly and professional, especially Jessica who was very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pelham Hotel in New Orleans. The room was spacious, which made the stay feel more comfortable and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable and made it easy to get a good night’s rest. Everything was clean and well-kept, which added to the overall positive experience. I also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room, which made it convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

One downside was the lighting in the room, it felt too dark, which made it a little difficult to see clearly at times and took away from the overall comfort of the space.

The location was great. Close to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street and down the block from Caesar’s Casino

There was no dresser or anywhere to put your clothes. I found this very inconvenient. There was no phone in the room to call the desk or housekeeping. You have to text any requests.

Everything was wonderful! I loved the atmosphere!!
