朝食を提供していただけるのは助かります。旅行が続き朝食をコンビニで済ませる事が多かったので、温かい朝食はありがたかったです。天井からのシャワーアイデアも良かったと思いました。東横インを韓国でも利用しましたが日本語が通じ似た様なサービスが受けられました。安定したサービスは安心できます。

受付が不親切です。フロント前の機械でセルフチェックイン。目の前にスタッフが立っていて、分からないことなど聞いたことにだけ答えてくれます。 室内着やアメニティは1階にあり、とくに室内着の置き場所は分かりにくいですが、説明はありません。 部屋にないことに気づき、フロントへ内線かけて教えてもらいました。 その他、清潔感や食事内容などは普通です。
