SIMPLY HORRIFIC, a NIGHTMARE! To begin with had I seen the room before I checked in (and paid your quoted rate + a surprise nonrefundable $100 deposit demanded at the arrival) my husband and I would have immediately gone elsewhere!!! The room and furnishings were all old and used far beyond normal wear and tear!!! There wear varied stains (black, red, yellow) on the floors and carpet! There were complete areas of the carpet that were raveled completely across the room. The plumbing in the bathroom stool ran continuously. There was white powder around the closet floor corners which was possibly some kind of disinfectant or chemical. And each time we left and returned to the room we would have to get a new key because the keys would not hold data. There was even a huge place in the hallway floor with broken tiles due to the uneven floor. The elevators were dirty and filthy. The interior room photos provided online certainly do not match the reality. I registered my complaint with management and even showed them all the photos I had taken and they agreed. Management shared that they were under new ownership and was willing to make an adjustment BUT claimed they could not because we had booked the stay online though your service. This property should not be offered under your banner. We have used your service previously and have been completely satisfied. This seriously hinders our confidence in sharing or booking future rentals through your service!

While the physical property is well maintained, generally it could use a facelift and update. Also, the windows have not been cleaned in some Time!

MARIJUANA SMELL ON FLOORS. NO BATH TOWELS WHEN NEEDED. SHOWER FAUCET BROKEN. MANAGEMENT NOT RETURNING MY EMAILS OR CALLS. HOTEL UNDER RENOVATION . ALOT OF UPGRADES NEEDED. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.

Not good. Old. Closet doors broken and wouldn’t close. Kinda grungy. Almost impossible to dead bolt the main room door. No ice machine on site. Beds very uncomfortable. Lumpy and over used. Linens clean though. Won’t go back.

Stay far away. I arrived at midnight the elevator didn’t work and they stuck me on the 7th floor. I was forced to carry my suitcase up the stairs. When I entered the room was 89° temperature. I guess you have to stick your room card in for the AC to work so if you ever leave and return, your room is going to be extremely hot. I took a shower and as I stepped out of the shower into the bedroom I got a shard of glass in my foot. then I looked and saw that there was shards of glass on the floor. After getting into bed, I noticed all of his hair on the sheets. They had obviously never changed the sheets. This place was disgusting. The room smelled like a dog kennel. The next morning, I had to walk down seven flights of stairs passing two tweaking drug addicts to tell them that I am checking out of this place. He offered me a late check out, which was there version of compensation even though I’m leaving at 7 AM before final checkout. I asked to speak to corporate or whoever privately owns this and they would not provide information. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve been too in my lifetime. Thanks for the late check. Really kind of you to make things right.

The room was very clean, and had so much space. Staff was nice as well. I will definitely be back!
