Super cosy flat, which felt like home right away.

Poor instructions on how to get to the property and unable to get car near property so had to carry everything

Great location, really comfortable and good quality cottage. Would use again.

Cosy cottage just a short walk from sea, river, shops, pubs and carpark. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, lovely shower. Great location for walks in Lynmouth and Lynton and beyond as well as touring around the local coastline. There is even a bus which takes you in to Barnstaple. Weather was chilly when we stayed but it was lovely and warm in the property with central heating on. We have stayed here before and would stay again.

Very steep (but short) access lane to property, not a problem for us but not suitable for those with mobility issues. Tiny amount of washing up liquid left and nowhere in Lynmouth to buy any. Basic coffee machine would be perfect (would need to advise people on which pods to use if not providing them as there is nowhere in Lynmouth to buy them).

Location was spot on, very cozy, well designed and comfortable beds

Shower tray needs more depth

Love the Log Burner and cosy feel to this property.

Cosy cottage, lovely setting, quiet, comfy bed. Log burner would be cosy in later months.

Not that I didn't like it, but short steep hill to get to cottage to be aware of.
