Thirty Three Stewart Houze

The Bed and the curtains were nice, there was a terrace to hang out and it was directly in the area with all the bars/restaurants and close to all the sightseeing things!

The Hostel itself was nice, but the camera in the dorm and the light, which was all the time was kinda disturbing. Also there is no door between the bathroom and the dorm/the other dorm so you could always hear men`s disgusting noises in the morning :( sounds ridicilous but it was very loud! The owner is mostly gone, so if you need smtgh you have to contact him thru telephone, but he was available.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is also good.

I didn't feel it was super clean. Too many beds in one room, very little space. I felt it was overpriced for what you get, if you want a towel you have to pay for that. After I changed to Little India hostel which is almost half price and was actually better.

Great spot for exploring George Town on foot as close to lots of sites.

Very small double room. They insisted we pay an additional city tax even though the booking info says taxes included.

Nice atmosphere, run by a family who also live there so has a homely feel to it. Perfect location for Georgetown, so close to everything. Private comfy curtained dorm cubby holes with thick comfy mattresses. Water dispenser.

Just some loud snoring but nothing ear plugs can’t fix
