INthe location is fantastic as is the feel of the resort. They are very accomodating of pets.
Room was not clean, there is no real sea view from the supposed sea view villas.

INbreakfast was not good. the open air restaurant has lot of inspects flying and resting on the food
there was frequent power failure, back up generator was taking lot of time to start. it was totally hopeless stay , t was very humid and the ac & fans were non operational on the very first day till 10 am , had to stay in the car to get relief. the owner should be procative enough to check the facilities and ensure comfort to the guest. on the 2nd days we faced the same problem. the internet stopped working and there were no mobile network. considring these issues ultimately decided to vacate the room after two days although booked for 3 days. the property is not worth Rs 1500/- per day but the charges are exhorbitant i.e Rs 4500 to 4800 per day. they have not even supplied mineral water bottles inspite of chargeing so much. i will not recommend this place anyone any more. very pathetic place.
INININbreakfast was very ordinary, the food was very oily and spicy. it did not match the description of the dish. needs huge improvement.
the cleanliness of the room, the bedsheets was very bad. had a 2 night stay, the room was not cleaned, bedding done or the towels replaced. generally not a good experience. the only saving grace was the location.
