Super freundliches Personal. Ich wurde auch wirklich sehr nett empfangen. Das zimmer war vieeel zu heiss so das ich die nacht um 23:45 h das hotel verlassen habe und ins holiday in in düsseldorf gezogen bin. Die dusche ist viel zu klein. Seevice, sauberkeit und kompetens waren einwandfrei. Eine klimatisierung würde es aushaltbar machen. Für diesen preis habe ich devinitiv mehr erwartet. Einrichtung war leider auch nicht modern.

Super Frühstück, sehr nettes umd engagiertesPersonal.In der 1.Etage in den Zimmern zur Straße hört man die Musik der Aussenlautsprecher, das ist nach 22h und vor 10h etwas störend.

"Organisation gewöhnungsbedürftig."

Leider gab es keinen Zimmerschlüssel bei Ankunft. Er wurde später nachgeliefert indem ein Fundort vereinbart wurde , da die Rezeption um 1.30 Uhr nachts nicht besetzt war. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer zwar klein aber in Ordnung.
