This hotel could actually be really nice, but it is totally neglected by the owners. The rooms don't get cleaned until late afternoon, the rooms are dark and not really clean, also very small. The pool is really nice though and the location of the hotel very good

not clean and breakfast a joke. very poor buffet as it is, and way too few staff around to refill things. Worst part was the butter: this was basically an open 500g butter container from the supermarket. all in all, there is not enough staff to properly run this hotel

The people were very helpful and extremely friendly, the room was lovely and the pool was great

Your staff was the most friendliest down to earth people me and my husband have encountered in a long while! It was like coming home to family and friends.

Amazing staff (always available and supportive). Very good position: you can easily walk around Luang Prabang from this hotel. All the spaces are clean and tidy: rooms, beds, bathrooms, swimming pool. The breakfast could be better. We absolutely recommend this place!

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. The reception was very helpful in booking us scooters and arranging our ongoing transportation. The only issue we had was with the aggressive mosquitoes that were constantly there. It made enjoying the lovely balcony or sitting for breakfast uncomfortable.

Mycket trevligt hotell, lugnt och skönt men ändå centralt. Promenad avstånd till det mesta. Sköna sängar. Frukosten lite snålt tilltagen. Mycket bra städning. Kanske aningen dyrt, men verkar generellt rätt dyrt med hotell i Luang Prabang.

Très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre-ville, Endroit tranquille. Le déjeuner pourrait être amélioré ( café chaud, pain baguettes). Propreté impeccable.

Centralt beläget hotel med utmärkt personal

非常に綺麗で設備も良いホテルと思ったが3泊目で部屋の金庫から6000バーツ抜かれていた。成田空港のSMBCで両替した封筒の中の3000バーツと財布の中の3000バーツ。 誰が盗んだが分からないがオーナーに伝えたい！ セキュリティを保証出来ないのに金庫を設置するな。 反面、金庫にお金を入れた事が罪を作ったのではと反省している。 それとパスポートとクレジットカードは取られなかった事は本当に良かった。 I thought it was a very clean and well-equipped hotel, but on the third night, 6,000 baht was pulled out of the safe in my room. 3000 baht in an envelope and 3000 baht in a wallet exchanged at SMBC bank at Narita Airport. I don't know who stole it but I want to tell the owner! Don't set up a safe if you can't guarantee security. On the other hand, he regrets that putting money in a safe has made him guilty. It was really nice that my passport and credit card were not taken.
