スタッフが以下の点で、良くなかった 🔶朝いきなり部屋をどんどんされて 　あけたらぶっきらぼうな様子で清掃は？と聞かれた 🔶夜戻り夜勤のスタッフへ洗濯について完了したか？と聞くと、色々と小言を言われ気分が悪かった （夜完了と聞いていたが次の日の朝、 かつズボンのアイロンがされたなかった） 🔶全体的にスタッフのスマイルがなく、 口コミ情報と違っていた

"A great place to stay in Luang Prabang"

The whole resort in simply stunning, the swimming pool is big and in good condition. The room was very nice too and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to many attractions and services etc. Its great hotels like this one that makes Luang Prabang a nice place to stay.
