Staff were all great, helpful, friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location Close to town.

The breakfast was okay. The staff was very accommodating to prepare a made-to-order breakfast because the food in the buffet was already finished by 9 am. It was nice to have a swimming pool to cool off and relax in.

There was no wifi service in my room for my whole stay (4 days). I was able to get service in the restaurant area. Manager said he also had this problem, but said the technician was not able to service it that holiday weekend.

It’s 700m from night market, pretty nice for a walking distance. The property look new and nice, very well cleaning service, so cleanness is a plus for this hotel. Standard room is at medium size (abt 16-18m2, I am not quite sure) with nice balcony. The swimming poll is clean and suitable for adults, not for children. Staff is nice and has WhatsApp number for guests to contact them, this is helpful.

Some comments for the property owner to fix: - Even the facilities look relatively new, but the interior furniture and details were made with some mistakes (the sink does not flush water, the lock hole on the door, the quite big gap between the slides doors open to the balcony and so on) —> check photos. - Reception needs to proceed check in faster. They took 10-15 minutes to receive guests booking is pretty slow. - No need colorfully lighting in the swimming pool at night, the lighting makes the pool look like scenes in horror movie as well not really safe for swimming at night time. - stop using very poor quality toilet paper. The paper rolls have a lot of paper dust. Toilet papers are very cheap in Laos, even street vendors use much better paper tissue. - the mattress and pillow are not comfortable. - in-room wifi is very bad.

It was a nice and decent hotel. The location is good. The swimming pool is nice. The rooms have privacy and we had a balcony, which was very nice. Also the staff is friendly.

For a 4 star hotel, the facilities were less then I'm used to in other hotels. Breakfast was very limited. The rooms were nice but due to a misunderstanding we got a room with 1 bed instead of 2 twin beds. The situation was solved in a good way. Do keep in mind that in the standard rooms there is a window between the bathroom and bedroom. The blinds don't really give privacy, so keep that in mind when travelling with friends.

We loved the location, very close to the night Market, we liked the way it was set up, room was clean. Bathroom was clean too. Staff were helpful in providing help with tours and transportation.

It is situated on a quiet side street so you have to walk a couple of blocks to get a taxi or tuktuk. Pool could have been cleaner, sunbeds were old and towels need to be cleaner and the top step of the pool was broken. Breakfast was OK but food was cold, it could have been done with more choice. Bread was not nice at all.

Breakfast was adequate & the setting was lovely. The grass around the pool needed cutting. The laundry area was open to the pool area. Screening this off would make for better ambience. We had pool view rooms which we loved.

All as expected. As stated above the grass needed cutting & a screen in front of the laundry area would be nicer.
