You guys accept pets, a hotel shouldn’t accept pets, potential insect spread. Be more careful with the omelets section, one of the guys was cleaning the pan with a dirty rag, no good potential bacteria spread and contamination.

Perfect place to stay for a game at Angel’s stadium. Not a bad walk. Also, much lower price than hotels closer to Disney. They advertised a shuttle to Disney so could be a lower cost hotel option for some families looking to visit the Disney parks. Biggest complaint is room was a bit run down and cleanliness was lacking just a smidge.

Pedí un cuarto con balcón y no me lo dieron al igual que cuando fui a recepción no estaba nadie y cuando les dije del cuarto que lo pedí con balcón me dijo que no que esos ya estaban ocupados cuando yo ise mi reservacion una semana antes pague por adelantado 220 y cuando llegue pague 100 deposito el cual no me regresaron I requested a room with a balcony, but I wasn't given one. Furthermore, when I went to the front desk, there was no one there; and when I mentioned that I had specifically requested a room with a balcony, I was told that none were available because they were already occupied—even though I had made my reservation a week in advance. I paid $220 upfront, and upon arrival, I paid a $100 deposit, which was never refunded to me.

My son left his Apple Watch in the closet and I called the office and they are saying it wasn’t left behind!

The room set up was great.
