Purtroppo in bagno la ventola di aspirazione funzionava in continuazione creando rumore in stanza. Segnalato problema in serata non hanno potuto né risolvere né cambiare camera. Ho dovuto dormire con gli auricolari per attutire il rumore

Nice room with amazing views especially in early morning

The view was amazing. Great location next to the bus station so traveling around was easy.

The bed was a bit too firm for me. Others may appreciate that but not me!

The viewis good, and the residents in the hotel are friendly to offer help

1. The check in process was terrible. We arrived at the hotel to check in before 11 p.m., which followed the rules of the hotel. However, when we arrived, the door of the hotel was closed and we could not get in. With the help of residents in the hotel we were in, but the self check in service need reservation number(not confirmation number) which was not informed on booking.com. So we tried to dail the phone number listed on the front door but received no reply. Finally we managed to check in ourselves, but our luggage was still stored in the luggage room early this day and we couldn't get them all night.😅 2. The equipment in the hotel is little old. The exhaust fans in the toilet and bathroom are noisy and keep working even when there is no more people in it. This influence us getting sleep. Besides, the door can be opened outside if it isn't locked inside, which is greatly different from most hotels in the world. This morning when we were sleeping, an woman suddenly came in and then out, which terrified us.
