Excelente atención, excelente ubicación.

No tiene aire acondicionado y con un ventilador pequeño para 2 personas no se puede dormir bien, las habitaciones son muy calientes, y no nos prestaron un 2o ventilador

Via de gratis bus naar hartje van Luzern (of 45 lopen, voornamelijk langs de boulevard). Leuke eetgelegenheid direct aan de overkant van de straat, aan de kade. Vanuit de kamer een mooi uitzicht over het water. Gratis parkeren naast het hotel.

Nice location across from the water and sunset bar. The bus to central stops right out front every 15 mins which was very handy. Room had complimentary water.

No aircon, a fan was provided. Bit of mold in the bathroom.
