Hallmarc Inn & Suites of West Memphis

Room smelled of Marijuana and lights over sink barely come on, bathroom light takes a while to come on. The room is clean, and the beds were comfy. They were made with the top sheet on top of the comforter. The front desk was very accommodating. They do not have roll away beds for a child, though. We booked for 4 people, and only had 2 towels in our room.

I love the overall look of the rooms but the bed linens aren't cleaned as they should be. Housekeeping need to do a better job. In no way am I downing the hotel. It's a great place to stay

This USED TO BE my FAVORITE spot. Now, the REGULARS that come to stay are placed on the backside of the property where the rooms are renovated but thrown together renovated. Sat on the toilet seat and my whole bottom was covered in white paint. I requested a refund and decided after staying on and off for a year, I’m never staying again. I couldn’t post my bottom from the toilet seat in room 122 but I have picture of mold in 115.
