他のホテルより水周り設備が良かったです。 具体的には、 壁掛けと天井（海外ホテル）の2種類あった事。 シャワー室の床排水口が3箇所あり水排水が最高だった事。 ベッドが高床式（空間）になっており、部屋が広く清潔に感じたこと。

1階のモーニングスペース ロビー（動線）と食スペースが混在しており、不衛生に感じた事。
