Phòng sạch sẽ đúng tiêu chuẩn của chuỗi.

Bãi đậu xe còn chỗ (tôi đã check vào quãng gần 4h sáng) nhưng nhân viên lại báo đầy chỗ và hướng dẫn tôi đi đậu xe chỗ khác. Vấn đề không phải là mất tiền (tôi vẫn trả tiền bãi đậu ở các khách sạn khác thuộc chuỗi và thấy bình thường) mà là bất tiện và cảm thấy bị phân biệt đối xử.
