the surroundings

the bed was terrible on all means couldn’t sleep for the whole duration and literally got us with back pains! worst ever!

the location is fine, its only three station away from the center of zagreb, near 30 minutes of walk.

I was bitten on asleep buy some bugs I think they are bed bugs, so that is my only critism, on cleaning of the room

Check in instructions were clear

Perhaps it was our error in booking but we had thought we were going to stay in an apartment. The booking page was confusing and we had anticipated a more spacious apartment. Instead, we stayed in a room. A cramped room at best. Please read the booking.com info carefully. It is very misleading. The room was quite bad and we had contemplated staying somewhere else the second night of our two night stay. It was definitely in need of some attention. It was so small that if the window was open, you could not walk around the bed. There was really minimal space for our luggage. It was also very stuffy and hot and we had to leave the windows open which meant tons of mosquitoes all night. Needless to say, we did not sleep particularly well. Quite disappointing.

The room was a little tight but there were good facilities

The apartment was on a hill so the trip up there was tiering

A- average, nothing special but did the job for one night N- not close to centre but a range of shops within a 10 minute walk G- good communication with owner E- everything you need but a little run down L- loud- you can hear what is happening with the people staying next door to you A- appropriate for a one night stay, probably wouldn’t book again

No on site parking, opposed to stated on the listing. Had to look for parking on the street. Extremely bad smell from the sewers in the entire building, including apartment's bathroom.
