We had a wonderful stay with great service. The attention to detail and care of the guests is outstanding. Location of the hotel is perfect.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of Armenian street and so close to the shops and the famous bicycle mural, and the hotel was beautiful. We had the loft suite and it was big and spacious with the most gorgeous bathroom full of natural light. The service was warm and friendly and the staff did go out of their way to help us. During the evening, turn down service with a candle lit bath running was provided, and a refreshing cold tea alongside the bath. Little local goodies/snacks like cookies or kueh were placed on the table with a handwritten note. The snacks changed everyday. The bluetooth system linked to their spotify account was great and relaxing music played while we had our bath, however the wifi or connection seemed to be spotty and would not connect sometimes. The bed was comfortable and it was such a nice room to go back to after a long hot dusty day outside. Our daughter kept asking us to go back!

The room and bathroom were generally really clean, just the loft room which had a sofa and tv located at the very top had a little musty smell to it, especially when the air conditioner is turned on. I assume it's naturally because hot air rises to the very top so perhaps placing a dehumifier there might help.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't be happier. The entire setup was superb, making for a great first impression. Every staff member I met was graciously courteous and genuinely friendly, and their attention to detail was superb. The location is also excellent. I was so happily surprised by the entire experience. I want to give a special shout-out to KC for going the extra mile to be helpful and kind. It's staff members like them who truly elevate a hotel stay from good to great. I'm already running out of words to describe how wonderful it was!

Gorgeous hotel in probably the best location in Penang. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and they smell absolutely amazing. Everything was designed very intentionally and it really shows. Furniture was tastefully picked, all the little snack jars and stationery matched the overall aesthetic. The Aesop toiletries in the bathroom are a lovely touch and the butler bath service is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing and eating your way through Penang’s glorious food scene. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and even provided personalised recommendations for the trip! Every night we returned to our room to find a thoughtful goodnight message, accompanied by a little snack and the next day’s weather forecast. We stayed for our honeymoon and they were so kind to surprise us with a delicious cake on our first night, we really appreciated it and made us feel really cared for.

Wonderful stay in Georgetown! The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the city, with major attractions just a short walk away. The staff were warm, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. A special mention to the bath butler service – a unique and luxurious touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!
