Room was clean, staff was super friendly and location was in walking distance to so much stuff.

Very comfortable bed, very quiet room (except for ferry traffic climbing the hill). We had the economy queen room, which was larger than we expected, and we even had a view of the lake. The bed was very comfortable, the room had a coffee pot and fridge/freezer. We would have really benefited from a microwave in our room, as we’re traveling and bring food with us. There was a community microwave within walking distance, however. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely return.

We were happy with our accommodations; however, be aware that it is right on a bustling street, and the trucks that cross on the ferry in the early morning were very loud.

We enjoyed our stay at Harbor's Edge. Clean, recently refreshened rooms convenient to the ferry and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We will be back.

Nice and clean little motel located directly across the street from the ferry to Madeline Island. The room we had was small but adequate for our needs. Bathroom has tiny shower; no tub and the sink is in the main room. Hairdryer is provided. Refrigerator and coffee maker also in the room, but had to move coffee maker to another place with an accessible outlet. There is a microwave and ice machine in another building behind the office. We didn’t have a need for either, but it would be a bit of an inconvenience. We are in our 60s and found that it was very easy to walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this place and delightful town. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location! This hotel is located within walking distance to the Madeline Island Ferry Line, Apostle Island Cruises, restaurants and so much more! We stayed in room 17 and had a view of the ferry line and harbor. Our room was very spacious and clean.

Location right on the lake front and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc.

Very small room with very small shower stall. Only chair was under the TV so had to sit on bed to watch TV. Room needs a lamp or overhead light - only lighting is small bedside sconces. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The property was lovely , but our door knob was sticky were time we used the key. We often struggled to get into our room.
