Fantastic getaway in the hills with every thing you could need. The house was amazing with 2 spacious rooms and a sofa bed. The house is super and is full of lovely details and so thoughtful. The owner was a pleasure to deal with so quick to provide all we needed and answer questions and make our stay one to remember.

The area is a little remote but this is a plus also as the evenings were quiet and the stars were beautiful from the seating area on the balcony.

We reached in summer and property have no fan while it was like oven warm, and owner asked is to live with open windows and many mosquitoes And worst ever parking spot with property so better park in street rather damaging the car

Really nice house, spacious and nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful, staying up late to make sure we found it and got in ok.

It was a bit difficult to find, but this may have been a GPS issue.

A nice apartment outside La Spezia. The house was fully equipeed with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Rooms were very comfortable. Great location for exploring the region - Tuscan-Emilian apennines, Cinque Terra and northern Tuscany. Check in was with no contact and all the information required was given very clearly. The house has its own parking which is not marked but explained well by the host.

The stairs between floors are quite dangerous for little children - a safty gate would solve this. The bathroom is in the bottom floor while the bedrooms are up-stairs.
