It was old, stuffy, the rooms were not prepared. We had to fix our own comforter and ask for curtains. TV did not work well, had to be programmed everyone we turned it off.

We missed breakfast as our schedules were early sometimes

Cleanliness

Very good breakfast, though coffee would have been better than tea. Or at least a choice. We brought our own coffee packets. The room was nice and cool, with the ac. Had to wait for someone to bring bedding and towels. Location of hotel was good for walking around the city.

No water kettle. Needed to ask for one daily and return each time we used it. Had to unstop the shower drain before we used it. No chairs to sit on at table. Many stains on pillows and sheets not very white.

Cleanliness of the bathroom.

We liked everything, the staff was really good .

They did not clean our room for days.
