Olá Lisbon - Chiado III

Location: good access to metro, train, and many tourist sites. Was met on time at the apartment building.

This apartment is located on the 5th level, and it's a walk-up with no elevator. It was a challenge with heavy baggage. Returned to the apartment the first night to find poop on the 4th level of stairs. I turned the bedding down to prepare to go to sleep to find a long hair and a pubic hair. I had not been in the bed yet, so I know these hairs were not from me. The host was offended that I reported it to them. I slept on the couch that night since the host did not send anyone to change the sheets until the next day. When the hosts' staff came to change to sheets the next day, the two women rang the doorbell and immediately walked into the apartment. I had no chance to answer the door. I was caught off guard, startled at the rudeness of the staff barging in. Luckily, I had pants on. The bathroom shower was not clean at all. I messaged the host on the last about how to operate the clothes washer-dry. The host never responded. I ended up using Google to learn how to operate the washer-dryer. Early check-in is not possible. Asked multiple times since our flight was arriving at 0900AM, but was told no, 1500PM is the check-in time.

In the center of everything , no supermarkets, everything expensive , no elevator, it seemed like the 8 th floor and the stairs are super long ,
