"Comfortable, but shame cleaners did not do their job correctly"

Location and breakfast

Long black hairs all over floor & carpet. Toenail clipping and dead flies on bathroom floor. Staff didn’t have anyone to clean room properly, so they gave me dustpan/brush to do myself. Staff did offer to switch rooms, but had already unpacked toiletries, etc. carpets were not vacuumed, tiled floors were not brushed/mopped.

"First and last time"

Passing through Amarillo on our road trip we checked in to this hotel . Entered our room and the smell was awful like dead animal. Found out it was coming from the fridge which had 3 boxes of some sort of meat that’s juice had been dripping all over the fridge. Absolutely vile . Obviously not cleaned and checked. I went to the desk and complained and demanded another room . Girls muttered something about not been cleaned. Honestly I have never encountered such a bad hotel . Glad I was only there 1 night and the next room was not much cleaner. Please avoid!

Always stay at IHG property. Staff & bar at the end of day. Nice touch Large room.

No hot water , no stopper for bath tub, Dryer on 2Nd floor 2 cycle times still did not dry clothes. Chef called no restaurant on site. Ordered uber eats.
