Was perfect for our family of 4. Spacious and modern

Really great location. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of room for the kids. Great big table for playing boardgames when it rained.

Beautiful warm home. Was incredibly clean and tidy with clear instructions on how to enter the house and photos of how to leave the home when leaving Great communication and have recommended this place to several friends and family 😄 we would stay again in a heartbeat

One of the up stairs beds wasn't very comfortable as it was very "lived in"

Location was excellent, in a quiet street yet close to the centre of town. House was in good condition and had everything you would need when staying with family. I was impressed when I had to contact Lakeside Accommodation as Courtney was extremely professional and answered all my queries.

It was a very clean and comfortable place and all the facilities were provided in this place in terms of cleanliness and toilet and bathroom. Thanks for everything

Difficult to heat and to keep warm.

We really enjoy the stay in this lovely place in Taupō. Fit well with family of four, three bedrooms, got all the facilities and the location is close to the lake and centre Taupo. House is very clean and would like to stay again next time.

Loved how everything was close and so handy, the lake being minutes walk away sunshine, the cleanliness of the place and the beds soooo comfy

The house was lovely and warm the fire on arrival was such a beautiful touch, loved the 3 toilets each room was so accommodating for our whanau of 7 with comfy beds, with close approximatey to the lake and city centre. Loved how there was basically everything we needed on hand within the house, thank yous so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home and treat it just like we would if our own. No complaints at all about the house itself. 10/10

Okay the neighbours were a bit of a worry we had noise control come twice once on Saturday evening around 8 pm which we all knew that quiet time is 9 pm onwards the noise control employee basically laughed because we had absolutely no loud music on and said he saw no reason really why they were called was a waste of time but he still had to follow procedure of a complaint,then we had another visit from noise control Sunday morning at 11 am that noise control employee had been advised of very loud music being played and again the noise control employee said waste of time his stereo in his vehicle was louder then our little tiny speaker when he pulled up. Also we had a neighbour try to open one of our vehicle car doors and lucky it was locked this was so frustrating and really was disturbing after these three events happening that really put a damper on our stay with hop skip and jump away from the lake our family more or less felt like we were walking on egg shells for the remainder of our stay and was basically ready to leave for home because of these situations. As much as we loved being in your beautiful accommodation, and with all honesty we felt we held our upmost respect for the property and all surrounding neighbours we most likely would not book for this place again for near future stays next time in Taupo, for the fact that the neighbours was just too much, which is really actually sad. Also the noise control told my self if you're not aware that they get so much call outs for this property it's not even funny. 1/10 for the neighbours.
