Stains on the walls. Mosquitoes in the room. Zero customer service, they were putting me to wait to take what seemed to be personal calls. This should be listed maximum a 2 star hotel. I guess you get what you pay.

The hotel is amazing for what you pay for! Clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. We were welcomed with big smiles and were informed on all the things we could have needed to know to experience Hue. We were supplied drinking water and the room was cleaned as and when we wanted it to be. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars and any other business you’d need.
