Front desk assistant was very unhelpful and deceitful. Told me he was locked out of his account and needed to reset his password. Told me he would take me to my room without the key and I would have to come back at 10pm to get a key. After 20 minutes of waiting and him telling me various different stories he finally told me he did not have a room for me and I couldn’t stay, even though I had successfully made a reservation and paid in advance. Very frustrating experience

Couch uncomfortable, bathroom shower door hard to open and close. Bathroom sink had a smell 😵‍💫. Light in couch area burned out.
