"A great center city location for the price!"

A great location in the center of the city! The rooms are spacious and always clean and the addition of breakfast is nice, especially when traveling with a family.

I wish they could have accommodated our request to have rooms close together.

I LOVE this hotel --Beautiful 200 yr old building with exquisite decor 🤩

I only didn't like ONE switch in the bathroom for BOTH fan & light ! too noisy

"Amazing stay !"

Everything was amazing . Right in the heart of Cuenca this hotel is the best choice ! Located in a beautiful colonial style old mansion I had a room in the backyard which was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice . The staff was outstanding , trying to fulfill every wish and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Would stay there any time again !
