The noise from the road

We loved our stay! The accommodations are comfortable, the location is right on the water and the view is spectacular, we had use of the kayak all day, and the food is delicious at the restaurant, all the staff are so helpful and kind! We loved it so much, we booked another night. Kayak lovers will definitely enjoy the lake. It became our new hobby here! We'd like to thank the staff for such an exceptional stay

More lighting inside the rooms. It would be great to put something to block the flood light from the terrace of the corner room to enjoy the view in the evening more. it didn't interfere with sleeping at all

The location was very pretty and the restaurant downstairs was nice.

The bathroom had constant plumbing issues and a bad smell. My booking indicated 2 double beds and a sofa bed and only had one double and the sofa bed.

Lake views and room size.

The property is just on the roadside so it’s a bit noisy. Room is very dark and it includes a terrace with lake views but they were doing some works so it’s not private so it had no separation with the other room’s terrace space (it’s supposed to be a private balcony).

Location is good , very beautiful view, friendly staff.

Construction workers were working in my patio early in the morning without staff letting me know. Ot was very inconvenient specifically after a long flight. No staff were available on the premises the day of checking out.

If you're far enough to not see the dirt, the lake view is nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast even though you don't have a choice on what to get to eat. It's okay if you need a place for one night before catching a flight from Podgorica, if you stay longer consider the cons.

The rooms are directly above the restaurant, this means that there is loud music playing all day until around 8pm. To make this worse, the window door didn't even have a handle which made it impossible to properly close it. This not only didn't allow us to escape the loud music but it also made us feel unsafe. The wi-fi didn't work in our room, you would have to go downstairs in the restaurant, also the TV in the room couldn't find any channel. There were two broken table lamps in the room, I guess for decor. The bathroom also didn't have any basic toiletry, not even soap. Every night we would be awaken by the sound of a rat biting under the pavement, I wouldn't have been surprised if it managed to sneak into the room.

Certainly cockroaches, deception and arrogance of a man are not the pluses of this place ...

Don't be fooled by pretty pictures of a dirty place! I have no idea why so many positive comments for such a dirty and neglected place ... The room was not clean, the bathroom was terrible. No hygiene products as usual with soap or toilet paper, bathroom was flooded with shower water due to bad organization. The cockroaches that came out at night were the worst. They were everywhere, on the walls and even in our bed! We had to get away at night and the owner sees no problem with it and is arrogant. Not to mention that he cheated us by charging us twice - by booking and he took our money again when we arrived. Now he lies and we will never get the money back. The funniest thing is that it was the most expensive hotel during our trip in Montenegro and the worst especially that we had to get away from there.

Great location with a lake view. Nice restaurant below. Breakfast included. Good food and perfect coffee. Very friendly staff. Not far from Virpazar with boat services, shops, etc. Close to the main road, but very quiet.

The room was much smaller than expected, advertised as an apartment, but it was just a room for two. More like guesthouse or motel.

Great view from the balcony, free parking. ~7mins drive or 45mins walk to Virpazar (although I wouldn’t recommend walking as it’s a main road)

The room felt very dirty, greasy marks over the switches and walls, lots of woodlouse in the room and bathroom, I didn’t really feel comfortable staying. Bathroom smelt very strongly of urine. we wore shoes to use the shower /bathroom. We should have spoken up and mentioned it and perhaps they could have switched our room. no information was given about breakfast, when we went down in the morning we were given a black coffee and ham + cheese omelette - which we were grateful for however it would have been nice to maybe be offered milk or even told what breakfast may be. Such a shame because this could be an incredible place to stay on lake skadar.
