とてもよかった

Loved staying at this hotel! The lobby was cool and the staff was very helpful. We had a small leak in our air conditioner, and someone came to check it out immediately. It’s also very close to the station, which was nice.

京都駅のすぐ近くで食事やショッピングを楽しむには最高のロケーションです。恐竜のチェックインも、子供たちは大喜びでした。近隣のコインパーキングもお安く停めることができました。

The room was clean, and prompt service was provided upon request. The staff were polite and attentive. The location was great and convenient. However, the downside was the uncomfortable pillow and the limited human interaction. And was not aware i need to pay accomodation tax during check in. And if the check out time could extend a little more.

Very nice interaction with the robots, but also the staff were there and were very kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the in-house laundry was very helpful! Location to the rail station was also super convenient!

I was able to figure out the check-in process eventually, but it would have been nice to talk to a real person at check-in. Someone did come out to assist, but we had to call them.

The location is great. 5 mins walk from the kyoto station. The room is clean and tidy. The baggage can be stored in the lobby area before the check-in and after the check-out.
