"Good"

The front desk reception on our arrival was not very personable and seemed confused at how to check us in, which is odd for being reception. And we quickly realized that evening that the room’s AC was definitely not working, which we weren’t informed of on arrival. I would not stay here again.

"Good except the room location of the room"

Breakfast was good. The hotel itself was nice - we went there after driving 9 hours from Florida. We chose this hotel to get a good night sleep - that did not happen. Top priority was to get rest, so not getting that makes the experience a regrettable choice.

That we did not get a top floor room like we were told we could get - very bad night of rest with people walking above us. I told the front desk lady about the top floor & she still gave us the second floor with people walking above us. The parking lot was nearly empty when we got there…how hard is it for her to listen to our only request?

Traveled with my Aunt for a short trip to see family. We stayed here on our last night before our early AM flight back home. We did not spend a lot of time here but it was super nice. I wish I had known about this property before booking our trip, we would have stayed here instead. property was clean, beds slept like a dream cloud, room was clean and smelled nice, Staff were very nice, professional and were a great help with suggestions for dining and things to do. I will definitely stay here when we go that way again

This was our second time staying here. It was as great as the first time. Really good breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this location as always. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with is the need to tell them to freshen up our room. When I asked, I was told that since COVID, guests had to ask for this to happen. I am a little confused since COVID measures ended around 2021.
